Direct tax:We provide close support to clients from the initial stages of investigations by the tax authorities. We also represent clients at various stages and forums of direct tax disputes, securing reliefs for them.
Indirect tax: We provide complete end-to-end services to clients by advising from the stage of investigations till the last appellate level. We have successfully represented clients before various High Courts as well as the Supreme Court in indirect tax disputes as well as challenges involving constitutionality of union and state indirect tax legislations.
> Devising litigation strategy after analysis of proceedings before the lower courts or notices/orders passed by tax/appellate authorities
> Drafting special leave petitions, statutory appeals and writ petitions for filings in almost all High Courts in India; miscellaneous applications seeking interim reliefs pending final disposal; counter affidavits and rejoinder affidavits; transfer petitions and intervention applications before the Supreme Court; and written submissions pursuant to the court’s directions
